We manufacture custom components from a wide range of polymers, including Natural Rubber, Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, Silicone, Neoprene, Viton, and Polyurethane, customized to match your chemical, temperature, and wear resistance needs.

Yes, custom development is our specialty. We can fabricate parts directly from your engineering drawings (CAD/PDF/3D models) or duplicate properties and dimensions from a physical worn sample.

For custom designs, mold tooling and physical sample prototyping typically take 7 to 14 days depending on complexity. Once the prototype sample is approved, bulk production is scheduled and generally starts within 5 to 7 business days.

Our quality control lab performs rigorous technical testing, including Shore A durometer hardness verification, tensile strength and elongation metrics, compression set testing, and accelerated thermal aging tests to ensure high field reliability.

Yes, we support both custom prototyping runs and high-volume production. We understand the necessity of testing functional prototypes in real-world conditions before committing to full production runs.
